DAVIS - Mrs Richard,
was born on 1836, came to NZ from Tasmania in 1862 with her
brother-in-law, Captain Buxton, and his wife, marr. Richard Davis,
who arrived in
Wellington
with his parents Mr and Mrs Rowland Davis, by the Aurora in
1940, their only son Mr E. Davis, of Banbury, Western
Australia, whose only son Dudley, died at Gallipoli.

her 1st marriage, Lieutenant Gilmour, and Miss Lorna
