Mr John Nesbitt,  Australian manager of the  Westinghouse Brake Co.  died at his res.  Wahroonga,  13 miles north of Sydney,  on 19 November  from the effects of a chill caught in New Zealand -----   more ----

--  Sarah Ann Miller lived with a man named MILLER,  left house taking 3 children with her,  lived together for 7 years ----   Miller  took  the little boy  ---  killed him  ----  a long story  -----

---  discovered a human skeleton ---  it is supposed  to be that of an old man named Simms,  who was missed in November last year.

-----   death  age 36  of Mrs F.  Barnett,  one of the members of the HASZARD family,  who were one of the chief sufferes by the great Tarawera eruption 
in June 1886 --- Mr Haszard and 3 of his children  and a nephew were killed   and Mrs Haszard and the 2 eldest dau. Clara and Ina  ---  escaped   ---
Miss Haszard became a teacher of the Native school at Waotu,  there she married Mr F. Barnett about 10 years ago  -----  more  ----
