Augustus Ruggiero ---- without warning, fired a shot
through the window at Ruggiero-- the screams of his wife
attracted her brother-in-law Peter KLOGH who
happened to be passing, Kitto shot him also, Ruggiero died
a short time later.
Klogh was also a son-in-law of Kitto.
